Justin specializes in executive coaching, organization design, leadership development, change management and high performance team building. His innovative and data driven approach helps organizations build high performing teams, develop self-awareness and shape cultural norms to improve delivery and modernize the employee experience.
Prior to joining Kintla, Justin was a Vice President and Manager of People Strategy and Development at a major Engineering and Construction company with more than 50,000 employees worldwide. He was accountable for the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide talent strategies that spanned the employee lifecycle. Justin has a background in construction and finance having worked on multiple projects throughout the United States as well as Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, and the United Arab Emirates.
At Kintla, Justin has worked on multiple projects for organizations in the start-up phase, pre-IPO as well as multiple fortune 100 companies in the areas of construction, finance, real estate, government, aerospace, and education.
Justin holds an undergraduate degree in human and organizational development and a master’s degree in leadership and organizational performance from Vanderbilt University.
