Justin specializes in executive coaching, organization design, leadership development and high performance team building. His innovative and data driven approach helps organizations build high performing teams, develop self-awareness and shape cultural norms to improve delivery and modernize the employee experience.

Prior to joining Kintla, Justin was a Vice President and Manager of People Strategy and Development at Bechtel, a major Engineering and Construction company with more than 50,000 employees worldwide. At Bechtel, he was accountable for the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide talent strategies that spanned the employee lifecycle.  In this role, he led global teams in talent acquisition, inclusion & diversity, learning & development, leadership, coaching, performance development and talent management.  In addition, Justin also oversaw organizational development efforts aimed at strengthening the global culture and helping build a diverse leadership pipeline. Justin has a background in project controls and finance having worked on multiple construction projects throughout the United States as well as Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, and the United Arab Emirates.

Justin holds an undergraduate degree in human and organizational development and a master’s degree in leadership and organizational performance from Vanderbilt University.
